Booking Process

Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges

• Special rate reservations may be non-refundable

Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests.

5. Casino and Gaming Services

• Casino access is restricted to persons 21 years of age and older
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required
• Gaming activities are subject to Nevada Gaming Commission regulations
• We promote responsible gaming and provide resources for assistance
• Self-exclusion programs are available upon request

6. Guest Conduct and Property Rules

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
